What kind of gold fineness do you supply ? |

A. We supply 9K, 10K, 14K, 18K,
19K in red gold, white gold, yellow or
combination of them.

Your white gold product is nickel free ? |
|
A.
We use nickel safe alloy that passed all the European standard of
alloy release rate.

What is the quality of stones you supply ? |

A.
We are supplying mainly two qualities in diamond, I1/2 and SI both in
color H. All rubies and sapphires are of commercial quality.

What is your production lead time ? |

A.
Our normal production time is 4 to 5 weeks from the date we
receive your deposit as order confirmation.

Can I order different sizes for ring ? |

A.
For order, you can specific different ring sizes, simply make
a note when you place the order.

Do you have any minimum for order ? |

A.
Unless we got ready stock, otherwise the minimum order
quantity is 3 pieces per style.

Can I put my stamp on the items ? |
|
A.
You can put your own stamps on the products, simply send
us the file or the image and we shall laser it on the products.

By what courier you will send the order ? |

A.
The major forwarding agent we use are Fedex, Brinks,
Malca Amit, Ferrai logistic. You can also appoint any
specific agent other than these.

Is the price quoted including shipping charges ? |
|
A.
All the price quote excluded the shipping charges, insurance
and duties, because it varies from countries and value of the order.

| Q10. How is the payment arrangement ? |
|
| A. We require 30%
deposit on the order before we start production, and we shall ship the order

| Q11. What happen if found defective item
when I receive the shipment ? |

A.
We will take response to repair and accept return for credits for those
items that's differ from our agreed quality. But you will have to inform us
within
7 days after you receive the shipment.

I order ? |

A.
The gold fineness and stone quality are guaranteed. But there might be a
difference of +/- 5% from the order specifications in terms of gold and stone
weight.

| Q13. Can I supply my design to you for
production ? |

A.
We do provide OEM service, you can simply supply drawing, photo or
computer sketch for us to make quote or even sampling. We also have a design
team to supply you any specific design of your need.
